ORDERING PROCEDURES                     









10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. You may e-mail orders 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.




All retail customers must pre-pay by any major credit card or mail a personal check or money order before order is shipped. Any wholesale customers desiring wholesale rates are required to fax or e-mail us a copy of your license or sales tax identification number with two trade references. Wholesale orders are shipped cash C.O.D. or pre-payment by credit card until trade references have been verified.




All prices represented on this web site are current retail prices. Retail rates apply to anyone who has not forwarded a copy of a license or sales tax identification certificate. Standard wholesale rate is 60% of retail pricing on all items. Minimum order for wholesale orders is $100.00. A $15.00 service charge will be added to orders that do not meet minimum requirements. Standard distributor rate is 50% of wholesale. An order of 100 pieces (of one product, no assortments) constitutes distributor rates. We reserve the right to retain exclusive distributor rights on chosen products.


All prices are suggested retail prices. Prices are subject to change without notice according to appreciation, availability or supplier pricing increase.




All orders must be pre-paid by personal check, money order, Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover before order is processed. All wholesale orders must be pre-paid by company check, money order, Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover before order is processed. C.O.D. orders are only shipped to customers with established accounts with True Praise Productions LLC. UPS will only accept money orders or certified checks for C.O.D. orders. Foreign orders must be paid in US dollars. Company check acceptance available with approved trade references.  Returned C.O.D. checks will be charged a $35.00 service charge, and will be shifted to permanent pre-pay status. No exceptions.



All orders are shipped U.P.S. groundtrack service unless otherwise requested. We also ship Federal Express on request. Products are shipped with care however customers  that received damaged goods should contact their local U.P.S. claims office or the freight company and arrange an inspection in the same box or carton your order was packed in. Then notify us. Without these actions, we will be unable to file meaningful damage claims. Our standard C.O.D. charge is $5.50 and shipping charge is $9.50. Special shipping such as next, second day, three day select or Saturday shipments will be charged accordingly.




Refuse any packages with obvious visual damage. Due to the delicate nature of art, returns and exchanges will not be honored. Requests for call tags and damaged replacements must be made within 48 hours of receipt of order or they will not be honored. All packages returned from wholesale shipments due to customer refusal on delivery or exceeded will call time at UPS will be restocked without further notice to customer, unless previous arrangements have been made. Any orders requiring reshipping because of refusal or a missed delivery, will be recharged for shipping. No orders will be accepted from your company if two orders are returned to us. No exceptions.



Every attempt has been made to provide accurate measurements and color representations, however some variations do occur with curtain products.
